Terms and Conditions for The Local Deli Launch Competition

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The Local Deli Launch Competition (the “Competition”) is open to all individuals aged 18 and above. 1.2 Employees, affiliates, partners, and immediate family members of The Local Deli are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: 2.1 The Competition begins on the 11th of October 2023 and ends on the 15th of December 2023 at 11:59 PM.

3. How to Enter: 3.1 Participants can enter via the following ways. Like our Facebook Page, Like our Instagram page, Sign up to our newsletter, Post a picture of your purchase using the hashtag #LocalDeli_SA. Send us or post an unboxing video. 3.2 Entries must be original and comply with all relevant laws and regulations. 3.3 Multiple entries from the same individual are allowed.

4. Prize: 4.1 The prize winners will be those entries with the most entries as of the 15th of December 2023. 4.2 The Local Deli reserves the right to select additional winners or honorable mentions at its discretion. 4.3 The prizes and their values will be disclosed on The Local Deli’s official website and promotional materials.

5. Winner Notification: 5.1 The winners will be notified via phone within seven (7) days after the competition ends. 5.2 Winners must respond to the notification within 21 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6. Rights and Permissions: 7.1 By entering the Competition, participants grant The Local Deli a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their entries for promotional purposes.

7. Final Decision: 7.1 The final decision regarding the winners of the Competition rests solely with The Local Deli. 7.2 All decisions made by The Local Deli regarding the Competition are final and binding.

8. Disqualification: 8.1 The Local Deli reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

9. General Conditions: 9.1 The Local Deli is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, website outages, that may affect the conduct or outcome of the Competition. 9.2 The Local Deli may amend or cancel the Competition at any time for any reason.

10. Privacy: 10.1 Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with The Local Deli’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law: 11.1 This Competition is subject to the laws of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
